I Am Young

I am young, my future is cloudy.

I am young, the elders doubt me.

All around, expectations surround me.

They tell me I won't succeed, but I refuse to drown.

I am young, I search for a path.

I am young, I wander from the batch.

My individual achievement, I dare catch.

I will pursue my own ambitions.

I am young, I will grow.

I am young, I will go.

I will rely on myself, what I know.

I will claw and love, grind and bring others with me,

Up as I push forward, my future unfolds.
