I am your disappointment
I sit on the couch
Seeing only the blank version of me
So many years ago
Trying to figure out
What happened to me.
Surrounded by four walls
And feeling closed in
Knowing I'm a disappointment to you.
I want to bleed
For the pain I have caused.
I have done a good deed
For setting you free
So heed my advice
And just let me be.
