I AM....ME

What am I or rather who am I?

I was a creature lost in darkness.

Wandering alone;

Frightened and scare.

Journeying down a twisted, broken path.

But who am I now?

Am I still lost without hope,

Or is there hope to be found?

Others seem to read me like an open book

That refuses to close.

Maybe that's what I am.

But who am I, really?

I am the one who doesn't care what others think;

Though I do care for ohers.

I am someone who is tired of being pushed around,

Used and neglected.

I am a powerhouse that stands firm

On a Rock that will not be moved.

To all my haters,

No matter what you say or do...

I am who I am.

And that's not going to change.
