I Am...Scholarship Slam

I am impractical,

Far from rational.

They think they know, but don't know the actual.

I came so far, from the losest of lows.

Playing on that court taking the biggest of blows.

That game changed my life.

It was like getting stabbed with a knife.

Who knew it would happen to me,

I never thought thats how junior year would be.

It kept me humble in the struggle I had,

It turned out to be not so bad.

The injury taught me so many lessons,

that I will remember for the rest of my days.

Always stay postive, and treat the day like it's your last,

Because when it comes to the end, you won't be thinking about the past.
