the girl who reads quietly in the corner

but also the speed talker at your local auction

I Am

the girl

who has been pushed too far

but also the one who stood up for you in 7th grade

I Am

the girl

who knows about sorrow

but also the first to laugh in any situation

I Am

the girl

with a definition of character

but also a peg in a hole

But I Am

not easily

put down

I Am

the girl who is going places
