I can feel the earth beneath me

Soft, moist grass pillowing my feet

a cool breeze blowing through my hair

I close my eyes, only hearing the trees sway back and forth

As I walk further I can feel myself coming back

The calming atmosphere brings peace to my mind

and calmness to my breath

I have reached a state of nirvana none will understand

I can feel the earth beneath me
