I Cannot Possibly Function Without Books
I cannot possibly funciton without books
Thoughts of daily activity excluding them demoralizes me
Physical characterists are imprinted in my memory
Black tiny letters are my only trustee
Each sentence linking on to the next
As if they had the knack of extrasensory
Sweet vanilla absorbs my nostrils each time I turn a page
Concise, clever frontboard designs just for looks
And on the book holds a promising summary
Inside reveals a lesson told so heavily
Stories become one of my many accessories
Fictional characters teach me real principles
And often control my current personality
Making my knowledge broaden like a horizon
So, you see, I cannot possibly function without books
Without them, the me today would cease to exist
