I Can't Breathe

Sometimes I feel I cant breathe with out you.

Your presence gives my lungs oxygen.

My emotions are so tangled up in your being,

I can not tell what is head and what is heart.

Its unhealthy they say,

be your own person,

they say.

I dont have my own person anymore.

I dont own this.

I dont remember who I was before you.

I dont think I was even there.

Even if I didnt want to be here

I could never leave.

I feel I cant breathe with out you.

What do you mean he treats me wrong?

Dont you know he loves me.

couples fight you know.

relationships are hard,

only the weak give up.

I would never give up on you.

on us.

Its just hard sometimes because,

I feel I cant breathe with out you.

You're yelling because you care.

I made you angry,

I made you throw things through the wall

It's not like he hits me.

I'm not crying.

I shouldnt have pushed you to this.

I made you say the unforgivable,

I should know you better by now.

I'm sorry.

I said I'm Sorry!

Can you just please.

Its just hard sometimes because,

I feel I cant breath out you.

All of me is consumed.

There is no more to give.

I dont even know the sound of my own voice.

egg shells are for walking I suppose.

Wait,

why you saying that?

I love him.

we're fine.

this is why I dont tell you guys things.

you're judging me.

you've never been in love.

not like me.

Us.

It just gets hard sometimes because

I feel I cant breathe with out him.

After a while,

I wonder if I dont want to breathe.

Maybe breathing is overrated.

Breathing is for the weak.

I dont want to just breath.

I want to live.

I want to find myself again.

I want to know my own name.

Hear my own thoughts.

I want to live.

without,

you.
