I can't help it

I wake up

everything seem great

I get ready

I'm off to begin my day

It all seems great

but you don't live in my head

while I walk to class

I look around

what may they say?

walking by myself

all I hear is the voices

telling me all of my flaws

I can't help it

thnking and thinking

my mind about to exploit

but I can't help it

my heart is racing

as the voices in my head

won't shut up

I can't help it

hearing the clock tik

finally going home

maybe the thing

that ask me quetions

that makes my heart race

will stop

but the simple truth is

I cant help it
