I CAN'T SLEEP

I live on the same beat that hits on repeat. I can't escape this white room that takes a hold on me. I don't live a colored life, I live in black and white, like I love Lucy. I swear my life could be made into a movie, especially if most got to know me. I overexaggerate when I tell stories, that's why most look at me like I tell stories. They don't believe in the fortune teller, so I guess they'll call maury. I'm not going to waste my time with the ass fault, because most of y'all close your mouths and let your ass talk. You can't look me in the eye, like a real one. There's times I feel like I'm a villain to the innocent, when I make my appearance. You can hear a dog whistle when I walk by. I make grown men cry when I'm star struck. No girly will be attracted to my resting bitch face that relates to karma. You don't have a remote chance to control me, so don't try to. I only relate to women that are independent. If you don't believe that, then go read the last poem I wrote about them called women. I promise you won't be disappointed, unless you're a womanizer. I swear I can't stop with the poet, I should be asleep right now, because I have to work in the morning. With me, when I overthink, I can't sleep. I literally paste around my room until I realize what I want to say. Sometimes I won't sleep for days, because I try to get the right kick. Most times I have to take night quill just to get some decent rest. It sucks honestly to have to live like this, but to be honest I rather struggle with something I love to do, than struggle with something I hate. I rather lose sleep from writing all day, than getting sleep for something I don't want to do. I know it's pitiful, but in my mind, you got to do what you got to do to succeed. Rather if you lose hours of sleep, it's better to be stubborn for what you want, than not be stubborn at all. That's what I believe, if you disagree, fill free.
