I can’t move on

To answer him

i just wanted to tell you that I still love you.

I'm telling myself you'll come back to me in the fall,

all because I don't wanna feel the pain of losing you

however, my mind just realized the lies I've been telling myself.

this isn't okay, but I'm afraid of moving on and not knowing a world without you

Because I grew to know a world with you in it

And I understand how the world plays along with you

but now there is no more you and me

and I'm afraid of hearing it and feeling it

Because pain is real and raw
