I Choose to Love You
I love you on the good days
The days when we dance
In the kitchen, making breakfast
I love you on the bad days
The days when we wake up exhausted
To the blaring of an alarm
I love you on the good days
The days that are lazy
That we can spend how we want
I love you on the bad days
The days when we work too hard
Trying to make ends meet
I love you on the good days
The days when we laugh
And talk about our lives
I love you on the bad days
The days when we argue
And can’t look each other in the eye
I love you on the good days
When we both smile
And everything is perfect
I love you on the bad days
When I have to remind myself
That sometimes love is a choice
