I Choose not To Live Without you

You are my breath of fresh air,

I draw my strength from your forgiving mercy

You protect me from all harm that ever comes my way

When I stumble. When life is nothing but a slippery slide.

I tried so desperately to forge my way to the top

But only to be disappointed when the ground and I collided

You utter the sweetest words,

Mountains spring to life to obey your every command

Oh Lord you created the most beautiful things, but you still remembered me…

You took away my darkness and gave me light

You saved me from a life of cold bitter despair that I couldn’t flee

Lord, you gave my life new meaning, resurrecting the hope that I once lost

I was going through life trying to find my path

Never would I have thought I would run into you

My life wouldn’t be the same,

It would be a cold, dark, harsh reality I call home.

Thank Lord! For being the light of my darkness.

My alarm clock to a better life.

You are the reason I have hope, and the reason I love.

I could not go through this bitter world without you kindness and grace.

I wouldn’t even be alive today, if it wasn’t for you.

Thank you God!
