I cry

Because I love you, I cry

Because I love you, I will not hurt you

Because I love you, I will fight for you

Because I love you, I will die for you

Because I love you, I’ll buy you red shoes to match mine

Because I love you, I’ll let you shine

Because I love you, I’ll be your guideline

Because I love you, I want you to be safe

I want you to be aware of what you get yourself into.

Because I love you, I will protect you

Because I love you, I cry to sleep

I can’t be alone while counting sheep

I am though

Because I love you, I don’t want anyone else to be yours

I am yours and you are mine

But I believe that’s a lie

Because I love you, I cry

Because you don’t love me

And that’s why
