I Deserve

Hit me. Bruise me. Talk down to me. Cheat on me.

Stop. Don’t hurt me.

Stop.

Why do you stay?

Why?!

Because I love you..

I’m done.

Hello?

Why did you go?

Where are you?

Why don’t you answer my texts or calls?

I need you!

I promise I won’t hurt you again!

I’ve changed!

Stop.

You haven’t changed, and you will do it again.

I deserve love.

I deserve sweet loving affection,

Not fists bruising my skin and hands pulling my hair.

I deserve flowers.

I deserve better.

I deserve respect.

I deserve the truth.

You’ve stolen from me.

You’ve stolen my trust.

You’ve stolen my heart and crushed it into a million little pieces that can never be glued back together.

I’m done.

Because I love you.
