I Did Not Wake Up Like This

If only it was as easy as to wake up and go

To wake up and have everything you've ever wanted

Life isn't handed to you and I would know

But I've never been one to give up a fight

I've worked for everything I have

And everyone tells me I'm doing it right

That's the thing I love most about me

I will amount to big things

Just you wait and see

Many aspects of who I am are great

Dedicated, hardoring, trustworthy,funny

I'm happy knowing I can control my own fate
