i dont know who you are anymore

When i look into your eyes

I see a stranger

When i am in  your presence

I feel the tension

Why does something like this

Feel so major

You seem to think

That I never pay attention.

Has it come

That we separate

You were my best friend

But maybe it was not fate.

Holding back my tears

Can't let it show

Thought you'd always be there

But i guess you never know
