I don't know why you....

I don’t know why you stop me from delving deep into the ocean and explore the mysteries of the sea.

I am confused that you love me because you attempt to detach me from that depth that I know makes me human.

Are you scared that if I dive deep and discover those emotion then I would form a connection with myself or other and no longer be only yours?

I don’t know why you stop me from igniting the fire that gives light to darkness – hope to the hopeless.

Why don’t you want me to be the hope that would shine and create light among the darkness through my will, passion, words…?

Would that hurt your ego if I was the savoir of the day and not the damsel in distress?

I don’t know why you stop me from breathing the fresh air the outside world has to provide and suffocate me by locking me up in your vault.

If you really thought of me as a human(not a toy), you wouldn’t have snatched my right to liberate myself by breathing fresh air that is free – express myself completely.

I bet it would make you angry if I had my own identity that I would have a different opinions than yours.

It is ironic when you call yourself realistic (and me naïve) when you can’t accept the real me.

When you expect me to be this toy who agrees with all your opinions, is a damsel in distress, and only yours.

How can a person be so selfish and insecure that they need a person to be their servant and conform to their needs?
