I don’t smile anymore

I don’t smile anymore....

Laughter has left me... Inside, the warmth sets forth towards the north. Spirit, numb from the nothingness that engulfs what once was vibrant... full of life, carefree joy strangled... lifeless... entangled by the darkness that surrounds, bounds, confounds my vision.... my condition... my constricted soul... the weight has taken its toll... lifeless... lifeless... darkness, you’re all I have left... nothing... nothing is all I have left, the theft of who I once was.... once was, gone forever, nothing is all I see....
