I Drank Too Much Wine Today

I drank too much wine today,

To drain down all my sorrow

I also smoked one pack of cigs

The same damn day,

To leave the yellow stains on my nails,

The ones that match the color of my yellow-ish hair

My body is broken

My hair will show, my teeth and my look

When the closest to happiness I could ever be,

I blew it away, every damn time

Like the smoke from that cigarette -- chainsmoker style

My diziness helps me to deal with pain,

Intoxication opens up the lies tha I hide every day

Don't get me wrong,

I am not an alcoholic

I just want to fill up these holes

That left me in the dirt

And clear out the smoke

To see the real life loneliness of a hopeless teenager,

And a note saying "I'm not coming back home"
