I dress how I feel
I dress how I feel and it doesn't have to be in high heels because then I will not feel the presence of my being underneath my feet. I dreamt of trees but never thought it meant to put my heart as peace because in deed I have found the roots of my being. What I speak may appear as not being ideal but fact is the is no such as an unliberating truth. My coarse African hair and dark heavily coated melanin skin say a lot about my drift as a modern day conscious female. An old soul I am and forever will be, with wisdom running down my veins and never running dry for the spring was placed with caution in the depth of my being and never tempered with by the withering leaves of this oak tree called me. Bathed in sun kisses and embraced by the warm morning rays, dark and proud I shall remain. (With boobs and bosoms so thick that they are more than capable if incubating a man and turning him into a young boy with tears streaming down his face as he wonders why has he left this place called home running after skirts covering only thighs that everyone knows of and has had their taste, why has he left a woman standing right in front of his face just to be embraced by arms incapable of holding life, not even of it's own. Conscious, beautiful and natural, with lips that know not lies but preaches the truth for it's all they know, innocent and untainted for they know that they have been blessed with a curse of having to liberate and yet being oppressed by those unconscious and in dire fear of what truly has been and forever will be.
