I exist

When given an empty canvas along with the instructions to pour my entire being onto that one page

An unstoppable flood of memories, dreams, and nightmares travel endlessly through my mind

Life is limitless, boundless, and can be manipulated and molded into whatever twisted fantasies a person's heart desires

I live in a self-made realm that exists beyond the margins of a piece of paper, beyond the instructions given by a paid official

I am more than the classification of a human being

I am myself, patched together imperfectly with my mistakes, past, flaws, aspirations, fantasies and quirks

From the day I was born, my being has become more and more liquefied, knowing no bounds and roaming through all vicinities querulously

With every interaction and experience I encounter, my being is added to and manipulated for the better, whether that experience be negative or positive

My mind has been permanently obstructed with artistic ideas and visions, straying me away from forms of structure and tradition

Where my mind screams, my mouth shuts and my ears listen

In my moments of silence my mind is running rampant and I am envisioning a different world, the one I live in where the impossible is in fact possible

In past times, this silence would be the suffocating hands of my self-hatred and dissatisfaction with life wrapped menacingly around my neck

Unstoppable, impenetrable qualities that only the power of art could overcome

Articulations of emotions and stories through dance and writing broke down my solid form into my liquid being

Today, I exist

Flooding and storming through all obstacles that threaten my happiness

I exist beyond the heavens

When my pulse calms and my veins are no longer pumped with blood, my spirit will rain down across mountains and cities

My hand will have left an imprint on the world in entirety

As that time steadily approaches, I will be seen, heard, and known; a modern day Egyptian sphinx in live motion

My unexplainable, paradoxical insides will one day formulate to a single understandable piece

That is the day that I will be one with the entire world.
