I Forgive you

There he stood in front of my mom and I

A gun in his left hand, the sqinting of his eyes

I was only 6 and my mom was pregnat,

Didnt even think about a hell or a heaven

I felt her digging her nails into my skin,

Wondering if he would pull the trigger and feel guilt within

I got out of bed and I smacked him

He threw me out the room and I said "Dang!"

Hoping not to hear a gun shot, I didnt

Instead, I woke up hearing my moms voice "Baby, He was tripping."

I forgave him despite what he put me through

Car wreck in 2008, now he's blind

Look at what karma can do
