I Found Your Soul

somewhere at the beginning of time

i believe your heart was a piece of mine

my soul and yours fell from the same star

and in this world, we grew apart

all my years i’ve been looking for you

and all your life, you’ve been searching too

but tomorrow we’ll meet once again for the second time

but instead of the ground, we’ll meet in the sky

maybe you didn’t notice either

maybe you and i didn’t see

that meeting you

was collecting the missing part of me.
