As I Grow
As a child we live a life of carefree
playing and not really having anything to worry about
Then as we get older in the early teenage years we begin to see changes to our bodies change
and the way we think and do things. My parents began assigning chores now, I hated
doing them at first because I was just used to playing all day and now have to do chores
One day my mom sat me down and gave me a talk about responsibilities and telling me I was
growing up. I began thinking she is right and helping out around the house would teach me
about responsibilities. Then as I was getting ready to graduate from high school I
began to realize I need to start really thinking about my future after high school, was
I going to get a job, go to college or join the military. That is when I began thinking about
planning for my future I had decided to attend college right after high school and planning for my future after college.
