I Hate That I Love You
I hate that I love you
But to love someone else... That I can't do
Even though I know you ain't the one
If we ever crossed again I wouldn't think to run
And although I know this I still act oblivious
To what you say and how you say it at what time of the night
I'll let you in at any moment to see if the feeling's right
All for the same shit that makes me sleepless
Feelings full due to empty words and promises
You'll always be the one even though you ain't the one
It may be overdue, maybe I'll never be through
You run deep in my mind for reasons I can't find
Still... I hate that I love you.
