I Have To Go

Three times a marking period

That's how often we can go

But if you are married

Then shouldn't you already know?

You say it's too much, disruptive, distracting

If we could stop it, we wouldn't be asking

You've never experienced the anxiousness of anticipating to leak

Because you're not the one suffering once a month for a week

There are limits placed on creativity

And now bodily functions

It is the 21st century

Not a Middle Ages dungeon

So the next time someone asks

If they can please go

Just sign the pass and say

"It's okay, I know."
