I Have No Idea Who I Am

I am happy

I make my own choices

I live for myself

I do not try to impress others

I stay true to me

I do not get sad when others leave me

I am good at removing toxic people from my life

I am strong and independent

I am confident in myself

I know how to be true to me

And these are the things I wish I could be

When asked about myself,

I have no idea how to respond

I can tell you about mitochondria and every law of motion

But I cannot tell you about my own ambitions

I was told from a very young age how to be

But now I am finding out that is not "me"

And it scares me to death

That I am going to walk to grab my diploma

And I don't know the most important thing of all

who am I?
