I Have Tomorrow

If I stayed in today we would never move.

If I went to yesterday, we can only move slow. 

That leaves us to only what you've

heard of the least but have much to know

If it weren't there we wouldn't live. 

If we didnt know it was there we would die 

Whether from grief or the fact that life has nothing left to give

I at least like to say its there, even if it's a lie.

So I wanna say I'm grateful 

for tomorrow or should I even say after. 

Because that gives the world time to be less hateful 

The future gives time for us to gain some laughter.

I say thanks for tomorrow,

For without it I'd be stuck 

Left there to only sulk in sorrow 

When, just around the corner, I may have some luck.
