It's been awhile and I haven't heard from you

that's how it should be and I honestly don't know

if I miss it but I'm writing again so my feeling must be there

I just want to know if you're happy and doing well

Did you get that job you interviewed for?

Have you wrote any new music?

I hate that I haven't allowed myself a song

My passion still stands but I guess it's

taken a back seat for now

or maybe my inspiration is gone

all of it must have left when you did.
