I knew I was getting old when...

Everybody matures at some time in life, some sooner than others. I knew I was getting old when my mom had my younger brother.

I knew I was I was getting old when I got a job and soon I had to contribute to providing for one another. When I look at these bills and said “oh brother”. When I realized I’m not going to always be able to depend on my mother.

I knew I was getting old when things didn’t satisfy me the same. When I seen the things kids were doing these days and it made me go insane. Wondering where common sense was in their brains.

Knew I was getting old when $100 stopped seeming like $1 million to me and just became pocket change.

I knew I was getting old when I realized things never stay the same. Drake said “things change, people change, feelings change too.” But I think it fine as long as you don’t let those things change you.
