I Know...

I know what I am not

  I see it every day

But I had the simple thought

  That you loved me anyway

I must have been mistaken

How could I be so dull

When you have never taken

  Time to call me beautiful

Is it so hard to see

That it hurts when you're around

Why won't you just let me be

As my tears fall to the ground
