I Know

I know love is real...

I know love is real, because my sister lets me call as much as possible and listens to hours of my rambling with a smile.

I know love is real, because my brothers still want to tag along when I go to the store.

I know love is real, because my grandma always offers a cup of coffee and a hug when I visit. Because she still giggles every time I answer the phone "hello beautiful".
I know love is real, because my mom still lets her adult children lay in her bed and annoy her.
I know love is real, because my mom's best friend always answers the phone and is ready to offer advice.
I know love is real, because my best friend sends me annoying videos that make me smile.
I know love is real, because I'm still trying to forgive.
I know love is real, because it's what keeps me here.
