I know exactly who you are.
I know who you are
You attract the right crowd,
But they flee when they realised
It's only a façade.
You keep at it because it's not enough
To be you, you go on and on
You're just a front
I know exactly who you are.
Cool huh?, A baller is that what you call yourself
Is that what they call you?
Every glimpse of happiness I manage to find I grab it with both hands
Just so I regret none when it age.
Did I say "I"
Damn man ...
I know how it feels to be you,
All the material clouding,
So they don't look beyond,
Your personality isn't enough..hey?
So you come closer to the sky
And surround yourself with clouds
Does the high
Put you at ease
Hell no it doesn't.
I should know, why wouldn't I?
Because I seem to know exactly who you are.
You're what I am.
Let me fill you up on something
No one chooses pain knowing.
So did you,you didn't
Copy that: You didn't
Pain just gets you to judge less
You me I don't judge you
Because I know you.
You're a front
So you just redirect that pain and lose to various
Directions.
You see now that's dangerous.
Leaving a trail on broken hearts ♥
Tears
Misery
Just to put yourself at ease.
Funny how it never gets any less
But it spreads like bad virus
You see!! I know you, I know exactly what you are.
You just an agent of pain.
You bring tears and misery with your hand,(a laugh).
"think with your head not that thing in your chest" so you say
Well...be reminded
"you can only keep your humanity with that 'thing' in your chest" now remember that with that thing in your head.
I know you man, I mean how could I not because at the end if the day
I am you.
