I know it.

I know it.

I know life can’t be that bad.

I promise you it gets better.

I know I dwell on the past and the future and never the present.

I know it.

Maybe God can help?

Or maybe the Buddha.

Mindfullness. Mindfullness.

At ease with everyone.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Maybe loneliness is okay.

Talk to that girl.

Say screw it and do anything.

Whatever you want.

Stop being scared.

Smoke a little broccoli and write with me.

I know it.

Maybe writing doesn’t work for you but find something.
