I know it's been a while,

Dear Life,

Wow what can I even say?

We haven’t spoke in a while,

It seems like it’s been years.

Sometimes I wonder if I even want you.

I wonder that too much these days.

But I keep finding myself.

No-

Forcing myself.

To think of the dreams that have gotten me this far:

I want to make it better for those who come after me,

I want to make you shake in fear for once, Life.

I want you to hear me scream in agony,

And I want to hear you answer even louder.

Because we both deserve it.

We both know it.

I’m not in the right mindset for this right now,

But i needed to get that off my chest.

I know it sounds a little dramatic,

But that how these things go, I think.

Just a little dramatic,

With a dash of depression,

And a whole lot of hope, getting me through it.

Thank you for your time.
