I LOOK AMONG THE WEEDS
I look among the weeds
what do I see a sprout of a new rose bud
in happiness or sadness why the old weeds grow and grow
In time the old weeds may die and let the rose buds live
any time blooming and seeding you will find the weeds.
I sit in the withered beauty watching the birds fly on high
passing on by to land on the wild grass
I how said it is to be alone with know one to hold
O black birds play in the weeds where the withered grass
All truth wait in all things this anyone could see.
Each day I walk or I dance a new weed seed grows
when I sit, weed seeds made a place they call home
In autumn I watch the beauty of cold gold red leaves fall
swept up together by night
In the evening I hold on to all that I know but by night my
loneliness starts too show in spring I find the beauty of true Love
This old drifting clouds of gray moved away
I've made it this far I will drink in the pure water of true Love I will let love pull up the weed and let the rose grown in spring.
