I Love Her

I love her

She has so much excitement

And over little things too

Whenever I see her after a long day of school

She gets so excited that she tinkles on the floor

But I forgive her, she is only a baby

I come home and see her white and black face

I miss her the minute I leave

The first day we met

She was so little and scared

I thought she would never like me

Once I got to know her better

She started to love me the most

And now we are two peas and a pod

I could never live without her

By now you have probably guessed

This little girl is no human

She’s a baby Maltese Shitzu

And loves life and playing in the snow

She makes me smile

When I see her I am automatically happy

I always wanted a puppy like her

Finally on my eighteenth birthday

My dream came true

Now I cannot imagine my days without her

I love her
