I love thee

I love thee but will you stay by me as

I blow out the candles and watch upon the stars?

Will you confuse me with another?

Will you strive to be humble or dishonest?

Will you race by me as I kill the spider on the floor?

I love thee

as you face the opposite direction of the window sill.

Or when you pour bleach in my flowers

Or encourage the spiders to create their webs

Of course puzzle pieces always have a creator

So why do you make me piece together the problems you have

Is this a test because

I love thee.
