I love who I am
I love the things most people hate about themselves.
Skimming through magazines, putting my true beauty on a shelf.
Wishing I looked like Kim Kardashian, or Beyonce,
Doesn't anyone realize this is the wrong way?
I love the way I laugh and my left eye gets smaller than the right.
I love that I am 5'6 and can ride any roller coasters, that I don't have to worry about my height.
I love the freckles that stretch over my face like stars in the galaxy,
I love that I don't need to wear makeup, I feel like a majesty.
I love who I am, and I love who I have become.
I feel so lucky to think so highly of myself, unlike some.
I don't need Nashville, or the 1977 filter to hide my imperfections,
I see my true beauty every time I see my reflection.
I love who I am.
