"I love you"


In those frilly white shorts I was admirable Sexually sought after And ogled A pawn in the game Only he would win Held under a dictatorship Of nakedness and fear Fear I wouldn't have someone saying “I love you” Even if all he loved Was the way my shirt looking over my head Or how I would do whatever he wanted as long as he stayed Even if it meant sending that picture Because maybe if I posed the right way He would say the words That made it easier to look in the mirror
