I Love You.
Soft, cocoa colored skin.
Your touch reminds me of my favorite silk sheets on a cool fall night.
You wrap me up in your wonders and take me on a journey to a place where the highs will never get low.
I stare into your eyes like a never-ending pool of shadows, wondering if this is real.
But then I realize it isn’t.
Your touch once again becomes like sandpaper.
You push me to a point where I can feel myself drowning in your wonders, feeling that the lows may never get high.
But your soft, cocoa colored skin,
It leads me to believe that you can see what I see.
You want to change for me.
I just have to be patient.
Because you love me.
