I love you

Mamaw,

I know you are losing your hair

But I don't care

I know the chemo is rough

But please remain tough

I have been in denial

Because I just want to smile

You haven't changed for me

You're the same mamaw that you will always be

Please push through

My life wouldn't be the same without you

You are strong

And I have been by your side all along

Please let me see you

That's all I want you to do

I will continue to love you

So don't hide from me

When you are the person that I long to see
