I Love You

I don’t think you realized

How hard it was for me

To try to let you in

But now that I have

I cannot believe I waited this long

You understand me

You are here for me

I’m not alone, and never will be

I have you and that’s what counts

And now I can say what I feel

Which is just how much I love you
