I love you mom

It's 2014 and this was move number fourteen

I just started high school, loosing my innocense as a preteen

This new adventure was exciting and bright, but I didn't expect what might come to this very dark night

My mom tried her best at staying in one address

She sacraficed herself as a wife in attempt to giving my brother and I the very best opportunity for a better life

She worked three jobs just to get evicted for the fifteenth time

Growing up I didn't know we were se broke, she was really good at hiding it

And that I admired it

It's 2015 and my moms car got stolen, leaving us with no means of transportation - almost broken

It was the year of realizing things according to Kylie

This year I realized that I needed to be more smiley

Fast foward its 2016 and I fell off a ladder, breaking my back and it completely shattered

Just like my hopes and dreams, came falling down

I could no longer help my family and that gave me a permanent frown

On top of that our house was robbed, leaving us with nothing but our couch named FOB

I was desperate for a new JOB

After that We had to leave my hometown, the new adventure awaits as I take the crown

Its 2017 and I just turned 17

I lived in a city of sins and I had my first sip of gin

But that wasnt the biggest sin that had occured that year

My step father cheated on my mother - almost beaten half to death, now shes living in fear

Her marriage was ont he brink of becoming extinct

Not knowing what to do she fled the zoo

Its 2018 and I feel brand new

I accomplished all my gaols in a new school

This is round 18 and the best one yet - I became manager, top of my class and I am UCSD bound

Its 2018 and I feel like im on top of the world

Ready to conquere the college world with my favorite girl

I love you mom
