I Made A Deal
I made a deal, with the broken ones
To let them tell, their stories.
I made a deal, with the lonesome ones
To let them release their cries.
I made a deal, with the nonconforming forces
To let them, fulfill their glory.
As they all stand together, they march through shadows
Then they feel a lot better, than they did before
Than they did before
Yes, I made a deal…
I made a deal…
Yes, I made a deal…
I made a deal…
As it reels around the table, to each of the classes
They feel more able, to walk the path, they’re sure.
If it was just one story
Would they be strong enough?
If it was just one story
Would they still reel?
Would they be real enough?
Cause I made a deal, with everyone, who was still broken.
I made a deal, with everyone, who was still lonely.
I made a deal, with those of us, who marched in the shadows
So we could settle, the unforgiving score, the unrelenting score.
Yes, I made a deal…
I made a deal…
Yes, I made a deal…
I made a deal…
We all made a deal.
We all made a deal together.
So we will march.
We will march forever.
