I Might Have

I might have mowed the lawn I said,

But it was just too hard to get out of bed.

I might have gone and washed some dishes,

But I got distracted by my fishes.

I might have vaccumed and swept the floor,

But I was too tired to open the closet door.

I might have gone out with my friends,

But it was too hot so I stayed in.

What a day you've had he said to me,

You've got tall grass, a pile of dishes,

You''ve got dirty floors,

You've lost all your friends,

And you have a long long list of Might Have Beens.
