I miss you dad

Dear dad,

I know you're far away and I hope you can hear me

I've grown a little bit, seeing life a bit more clearly

It's been a couple of months since I've seen that gorgeous smile

The closest that I get is when I see your pictures all around

So I surround myself with all these memories

It's beautiful but sometimes it gets the best of me

I love you so much words cant explain

Ill keep you in my heart

And I Promise you that would never change

I miss you dad, I think about you every day

And every night I hear your voice right before I pray

I stay up late so I can hear it a bit longer

It's music to my ears

It makes my heart beat stronger

I love you

Cause you're a part of who I am today

You stuck with me even after you passed away

I see your face when I'm staring into the sky

It makes me feel safe makes me feel so alive

Dad one day were gonna meet again

with a cheesy smile, a bit more happier than we ever been

Cause you're my friend, you're my blood, you're my guidance

with you by my side there is no need for hiding and I know it

I know you'll be watching over me

I'll feel your presence when I'm stressing overwhelmingly

Its surreal what your capable of doing, because I'll be screwing up

And you'll become my improvement

Love

That's what you're the definition of

I'm never quitting cause you don't believe in giving up

You lift me up when the world brings me down

Taught me how to fight even when there is no ring around

Dad I'm proud of you and I'm proud to call you my father

I'm your only son I'll hold that title with honor
