I Must Be Dreaming
my dear love,
in this room, there is me
and to leave behind this pain
dreaming I must be
they said there’re plenty of fish in the sea
but it’s not the same fish that we see again
on this boat, there’s only me
we’re looking at each other, passionately
our plan on a span
a dream it must be
over there, you, beautiful a red lily
over here, me, ordinary a black grain
and in this place, there is me
on this hill, you and me
the perfect two we can
be in this dream. Please, let us be
oh, there, it’s you that I see
hand in hand with that man
and right here, there is me
hah, a dream can it be?
