Depression isn't someting you can just take away

it sinks into your soul and just stays,

your heart turns icky dark and cold,

feels like you've been under control.

All the emotions mixed into one,

they all combine into depresson thats how it's done;

you feel like you're captured and have become slave,

you give yourslef away and tell yourself what a shame.

Please don't give away, I need you here right now to stay,

let me help you get up off your feet and stand tall

don't just give away and fall;

i'm here to help you, don't give up on me,

we will slay this horrible monster, and we will set you free

and set you free, and set you free.
